Marlowe: How long have you been working at Back Pack?

Josh: 2 years

Marlowe: What days do you work at Back Pack? Do you work in the morning or only in the afternoon?

Josh: I work every afternoon and on Friday mornings

Marlowe: What group do you work with?

Josh: The Orange group.

Note: The Orange group is the oldest group of kids at Back pack. They are 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. I am in the Orange group with Mr. Josh.

Marlowe: What is your favorite thing about working at Back Pack?

Josh: My favorite things are playing games with the kids.

Caitlyn: I like to play Spot It with Mr. Josh we are both competitive and I usually win.

Marlowe: I like when I beat him in games because no one usually beats him in games.

Marlowe: What is something you like about Mr. Josh?

Liam: I like to yap with him.

Will: Mr. Josh is funny.

Caitlyn: He always plays the games we play. Mr. Josh likes to play with us.

Marlowe: He goes with our flow. He understands us.
